Drum Forming Production Line
The drum forming machine fills the raw meat into the hole of a sponge-like metal mold by a vacuum filler to obtain the specified shape and weight. Then compressed air is used to separate the product from the mold and drop it onto the conveyor. It is suitable for meat, poultry, aquatic products, tissue protein, vegetables and the above raw materials’ mixing.
The roller forming components include:
vacuum filling machine (twin screw structure), roller forming machine, cleaning machine,
mold loading and unloading trolley, and mold storage shelf.
Features:
1. Low-pressure Drum Former
Using twin-screw conveying and filling, ensures that the raw meat in the molded product has a fibrous feel, and retains the original texture and structure of the raw material.
2. The demoulding of the product adopts air demoulding, which avoids the pollution of the product by using water and punch demoulding, and the waste and pollution of water resources. It can be applied to smaller molded products.
3. Extremely low maintenance cost, simple operation.
4. Automatic identification of product mold parameters, simple adjustment.
