The Dough is formed into its famous crescent shape.First,the laminated dough is cut into triangles of desired size, the triangles are then rolled with three-and- a half to four full turns, and filnally,the ends of the roll are curved inwards to form a cresentlt is controlled by PLC system , double servo motors,photoelectric detection device,set the working speed according to your request.Triangles are stamped from a dough sheet, turned, and curled to perfection shape.

Processing steps:

1. Pre-cutting: cut dough into desired

2.Stamping : triangles of desired size

3. Seperating: triangle dough to roller machine

4.Curling:Roll with three-and-a half to four full turns
