Our SF500 spiral quick-freezer was successfully delivered to an Italian pastry/dim sum factory for freezing fermented products such as buns and mantou (steamed bread). The equipment achieves uniform freezing, preserves the filling and juices of the buns, and has received high recognition from the customer.
