Vertical plate freezer is used for fast freezing seafood, meat solids, high liquid content or water based solids.
Cold room can be divided into 0~+5 degree Celsius cold room, -18 degree Celsius freezing room and -35 degree Celsius quick freezing room.
Defrosting room is utilizing low temperature and high humidity air circulat make them defrost evenly and slowly.

We sent 4 technicians to Cancun, Mexico for installation and commissioning of the equipment we exported including SF500 spiral freezer, 2*70HP rack compressor unit, evaporative cooled condenser, ice glazing machine and some accessories for seafood processing. Output capacity is 500kg per hour.
